Trent & Ashley

Tonight we had a total blast at the Wayne County Fair! These two were so fun experiencing it for the first time ever! They are new to the area and I was just dying to get them in front of my camera, because how cute are they?!? Ashley does her own makeup (amazing, am I right?) and I am amazed every time I see her with those gorgeous eyeshadow colors. Total talent. Trent is serving in our US Air Force, always an honor to photograph those who serve our country. I’m so glad we got to have some fun tonight, you guys are great!

Benjamin & Rachel Tutterow

A big huge congratulations to Ben and Rachel for tying the knot! I am ecstatic to blog their pictures from their beautiful wedding day! These guys and their families were so much fun and not a single moment from the whole weekend was dull. Ben and Rachel were surrounded by all of their dearest friends and family and I know they felt loved. These two are the most entertaining couple I've ever met. The silly faces they make, the laughter they share, they are a perfect match for each other and I couldn't be happier for them.

It was probably the hottest day in the Earth's history and the wedding and all of the family pictures were outside. Perfect, right? The weather couldn't have been better, especially for Rachel in that dress of hers. ;) Right before the ceremony, we all had a mini heart attack because the sky practically fell on top of the Botanical Gardens with the craziest rainstorm. It ended up working out perfectly because it was just a quick shower, but it cooled down outside like 300 degrees - a blessing in disguise. All in all, the Tutterow wedding was breathtaking and an awesome experience for everyone who was privileged to be there. Here's to the beginning of marriage for Mr. and Mrs. Tutterow! <3

Trey & Hannah Millard

What a beautiful day that Trey and Hannah chose to get married! A lovely ceremony surrounded by their many family and friends, followed by a super fun reception to celebrate! These guys are the sweetest couple and have the sweetest families! They are blessed to have so many supportive people around them to love them both!

Benjamin & Rachel

Ben, Rachel and I had a total blast last weekend shooting their engagement photos! With just a few short months to go until their wedding, excitement and love is in the air! Don't let their dashing good looks fool you, there was not a single dull moment because these guys are total goofballs! We laughed so hard, it was a fabulous way to spend an afternoon. I'm so excited to be apart of this amazing time for you guys and can't wait to see what the future hold for you two!

Hannah Millard - Bridal

I'm so excited to blog this gorgeous bridal session of the beautiful now Mrs. Hannah Millard! This girl is such a sweetheart and a lovely display of joy! We had so much fun with her bridal at the Terrace Room, downtown Goldsboro. Assisted by her sister and mother, it was an all around fun afternoon with plenty of laughs and giggles that come with the excitement of getting married. I am so happy for Hannah and her new husband, Trey! Prayers and the best of wishes to you both!

The Lusk Family

Loved photographing this sweet family! How beautiful are these girls of theirs?! Ella was such a blast to be around and might even have a modeling career in her future and her baby sister is the sweetest thing! A little bundle of joy! This family was so fun to work with!

Ice with a little bit of snow

I'm sitting here on the couch wrapped up in two blankets because it is literally FREEZING outside.   The streets in our neighborhood are so frozen solid, you could ice skate with no problem! Yesterday we had our friends from around the neighborhood over for soup and fellowship and we had a total blast! Some of us may or may not have gone out and played soccer after 8:00PM...and we may or may not have frozen our butts off!

If you're anything like me, it's really easy to get stir crazy, being cooped up in the house for a few days! When I get bored, I like to take photos of things and people, even if its just out in my yard. You have to get creative with the angles so sometimes backyard photos turn out to be the best. I have awesome friends for letting me use their pretty faces. :)
